Welcome to Youth Voices, a joint project of IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) and the East-West Center. This digital resource is created to inform, inspire, excite, and empower children and youth, and their teachers, to connect with nature.

Here, teachers can find classroom-friendly resources to help students understand how people and nature depend on each other. Students learn why it is critical to balance human demands with the planet’s finite resources, and apply their knowledge into action in ways that promote agency, care, and responsibility.

For youth, this is a place to find up-to-date information as well as tools and resources to develop capacities and networks, and connect with those who are committed to taking coordinated action to protect the natural world.
