Using garbage to create products seems to be one of the most efficient ways to deal with environmental problems involving trash. Your community was able to use them to create bags, which are something that is commonly used today. I am assuming the prices you will address them with will be lower than the prices of usual bags, which will be a factor when it comes to attracting customers. With this, you will be able to create awareness regarding this problem. It is indeed a simple, but well-thought out solution that goes a long way.

It’s a simple solution but is very effective and has a great impact on the environment. A proof that we can make a difference by doing simple and small things together.

Great slide presentation! the idea of turning garbage into reusable plastic bags is awesome! We have to improve our idea to take care to our environment as like solving the littering problem. I suggest you to make more recycle things from garbage. Good job!

Thank you very much for your wonderful comments. Recycling is also great for the planet. It takes items that would just sit in a landfill, taking years to degrade and break down, and turns them into new products. The life of an item that can be recycled can go on and on. From its creation this recyclable item begins a long life that may take on many forms. For example, an old used pop bottle may not become a pop bottle again. It may instead become part of a child’s toy or even part of a car. As you can see, recycling goes way beyond traditional uses and explores new ways to make recycled items more useful. We will increase many ideas for recycling garbage.
Again, thank you very much for your comments ^_^

Your project was worth while to look at because creating those bags out of plastic wrappers is a way to keep a ton of plastic out of landfills. The bags look like they are somewhat easy to create and can be used everyday instead of bags you would have to buy at a store. I loved your project!

How will you make your environment a clean one? How would you spread the word about a clean environment? What are you doing to help save the environment? Many people around the world are trying the make the environment cleaner in many ways. I think it’s a good idea by turning garbage into tradable fashion goods.

I think that it is very cool that you took everyday items that have been thrown away and turn them into something useful. In Scardale, we have problems with recycling because a lot of people don’t have time to recycle. If people knew how to make things like you did, it would be a great way to save money while saving the environment.

I think it is really amazing how trash can be made into things we may use in the future. In Scarsdale we throw away lots of trash and it usually ends up in our landfill.

I learned that garbage isn’t useless and many citizens and Scarsdale take throwing away garbage for granted. Most people don’t realize that we can recycle and reuse garbage by turning it into bags and other useful items as oppose to throwing away our garbage in landfills where it can hurt the environment.

I really enjoyed looking at this project and it made me think about garbage in a way I never had before because I thought garbage was just garbage and didn’t realize that garbage could actually be useful. This was a great idea. How long did it take to make them?

I think that reusing garbage is a brilliant way to help the environment, and the bags you created were amazing. Personally, I think selling the bags in order to gain money for a charity which would help the environment would be a good idea. After reading this, I am inspired to do the same thing, and make such good creations out of trash. Do many people in your town do the same thing and use these bags? Thank you for the good idea. I really enjoyed your project!
